Now that we all know CRIME WILL BE ON THE RISE, who wants to take bets on who gets blamed? You know the city will blame the Chief of Police, but it’s City Counsel who is to blame! Police, Fire and Rescue should never be downsized, they are too important to everyday living. Complain to City Counsel.

Finally, Randy Pollock is off the streets. Sounds as if he had an accessory though, with the wig, gun, and coat. I’m sure his live-in was setting outside waiting in the car to get a fast get-a-way!!!!

I would like to thank everyone that came out and supported the DARE Program and remembered Officer Cox. We were able to raise a good amount of money for the DARE Program. The next Poker Run will be September 3, 2011. Same place same time. Thanks again to everyone.

♦LEVEL 1: Roadways are hazardous with blowing and drifting snow. Roads may also be icy. Motorists are urged to drive very cautiously..
It is not recomended you drive, generally bad weather is forecasted and you should take steps to get groceries, medical supplies, etc. prior to snow emergencies. Level 1 is a caution, just like it states, drive with caution. The phones are manned by civillian dispatchers, who do not get on the road, and may not be able to make an accurate road assesment for each individual road. Road conditions can change at a moments notice, due to current weather, capability of snow removal equipment or other causes.

Does that mean I can still drive during a level 1. I always call the police and they wont tell you if its ok to drive or not.
