Shoplifters from Sams Club

The Chillicothe Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a shoplifting
suspect from Sams Club. Anyone having any information as to his identity can call 740-773-1191, or by email to the case investigator at mshort@chillicothepolice.com.   Refer to report #10-4678. The person in the Carhart Jacket is the one who needs identified.
Officer was dispatched to Sam’s Club in reference to a shoplifter in custody. Officer contacted Asset Protection Manager, who advised he observed two individuals shoplifting. He
