Meth Labs and property owners

Manufacturing Methamphetamine can be a volatile endeavor. And leaves behind toxic and explosive residues. If Law Enforcement discovers the Meth Lab, the chemicals and equipment used will be neutralized and removed. However, the toxic residues left behind can have devastating effects on the structure and electrical systems of the residence.
It is now the homeowner or Landlords responsibility to safely clean up the property. Homeowners and landlords could be held liable civilly for failure to clean up these toxic properties. EPA Voluntary Meth cleanup guidelines

Am I getting ready to buy a stolen car? Is my license suspended?

These are 2 common questions we often get. But, it is sometimes difficult to disseminate the information.

Is this car stolen?
Do you think the car you may be purchasing is an unrecovered stolen vehicle? Go to NICB (National Insurance Crime Bureau), and click on VINcheck. If the car is listed as stolen, contact Law Enforcement.

How Can I get my Driving Record?
Giving out LEADS information to the general public is against policy and law most of the time. So we cannot give most information to the public when they call and ask for it. However the Ohio BMV offers an unofficial check via their website. Go to OhioBMV or click here to go directly to Online Driving Record
