2013 Halloween Parade

The 2013 Jaycees Halloween parade Parade will be held on October 26th at 7:00pm. The parade route goes through downtown Chillicothe.  

Also, Trick or Treat (Beggar’s night?) has been set for 10-31-13 from 6PM-7:30PM.
