Certified Western robbed, suspect apprehended within minutes
On 6-7-10, the Certified station on Western Ave., was robbed by a knife wielding man. The suspect made off with an undetermined amount of cash money. Ofcs. from the patrol division were on scene within a minute and got a description and direction of travel for the suspect.
Within a few minutes after that, the suspect was apprehended in the area of the Dogwood apartments on Western Ave.
The suspect was transported to the Ross Co. Jail on felony robbery charges.
