Cold Case on robbery at Wal-Mart

We are still looking to identify the suspect in this robbery from Wal-Mart that occurred in 2014. A reward is still be offered on information leading to the arrest.

On 6-14-14 at approx. 4:40PM, a w/m wearing a long sleeve shirt, sunglasses and Khaki pants entered the Wal-Mart store and handed a note to the customer service associate. The note made threats of violence if money was not given to the suspect. The suspect was given a sum of money, and he left the store. The suspect the left the area in a dark colored SUV. No violence was committed.

Circle K Robbery

The Chillicothe Police Department is investigating a robbery, which occurred at Circle K, 659 N High St on June 14, 2011 at approximately 10:40PM. The suspect contacted the store clerk and demanded all of the money in the cash register as well as cartons of cigarettes. The suspect was last seen departing the area on foot.

​The suspect in this incident was described as a white/male, approximately 6 feet tall and 150 lbs. He is believed to be around 30 years of age and was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, lighter color blue jeans, and black shoes.

Tan at Jans robbery suspect arrested

The Chillicothe Police Department has made an arrest in the robbery that occurred on December 1, 2010 at Tan at Jan’s, 242 E Main St. Malinda DeGarmo was arrested on February 1, 2011 being charged with robbery. She will appear in Chillicothe Municipal Court on February 2, 2011 to be arraigned on this charge.

Circle K robbery

On1-20-11, the Circle K on N. High St. Was robbed. Attached is an image from the stores surveillance camera. Anyone with information regarding this robbery should Contact the Chillicothe Police Dept. 740-773-1191.

Circle K robbery

The Chillicothe Police Department is investigating a robbery, which occurred at Circle K, 659 N High St in our city. The W/M suspect, possibly wearing a wig, entered the business at approximately 11:15 PM on August 12, 2010. He then brandished a handgun and demanded money from the clerk, then left the business with an undisclosed amount money. It appeared that the suspect departed the business on foot. Arrest made in Moto Mart Robbery

On Sunday, May 9, 2010 at approximately 8:30PM Officers of the Chillicothe Police Department responded to Moto Mart, 129 Western Ave, reference a possible robbery. It was found that a male suspect, approximately 5’6” tall, medium build, entered the business and brandished a handgun and demanded money. The male suspect was observed, by witnesses, leaving the area in a silver, 4-door vehicle.
On Monday, May 10, 2010 the Chillicothe Police Department arrested Anthony Umphries on a Parole pick-up order. Umphries is currently incarcerated in the Ross County Jail on this Parole pick-up order and is listed as a person of interest in this investigation.
